Description
Dprex UF S 010 Natural resin is unfilled ABS compounds. This injection-molding general purpose grade offers high flow, medium impact strength. This product is available in Black & other colors on request.
Application
This grade is most suitable for applications for housing of shaver, vacuum cleaners, camera, etc
Material Handling & Processing
The Material packed in moisture-proof Bags. Special care should to take for avoid moisture absorption and cross contamination with other material during processing. While adding regrind material, colour variation, mechanical properties may be affected and close monitoring recommended.
Recommended Pre Drying conditions:
Dehumidified air-dryer / Hot air Oven Temp: 80 oC – 90 OC Time: 2-3 Hours

After the Molding process cycle is over or after a power failure, we strictly recommend that the barrels must be flushed / purged / cleaned with suitable material (HIPS or PP) especially while processing Glass filled and FR Grades; before restarting the machine.
